amf-stats Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

What this is. amf-stats is a private tool used only by its operator to manage the operator's own YouTube channels. amf-stats uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See also the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

What information it accesses. With the operator's permission (Google OAuth), amf-stats accesses: the operator's own channel and video details (titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status, scheduled publish time), the operator's own YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, impressions, click-through rate), and the ability to upload videos and thumbnails to, and edit the descriptions and tags of, the operator's own videos. It does not access other users' data, comments, subscribers' personal information, or any payment information.

How it is used and stored. The information is used only to schedule the operator's own uploads and to measure and improve the operator's own videos. YouTube Analytics data and OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's private server, with access restricted to the operator, for as long as the operator's channels use the tool; the tool re-confirms its authorization at least every 30 days. Other stored YouTube API data (such as video titles and descriptions) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. These rules follow the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Sharing. The information is not sold, and not shared with any third party. amf-stats does not show advertisements and does not let third parties serve content.

Cookies and devices. amf-stats does not place cookies or collect information on users' devices.

Revoking access and deleting data. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After revocation, the operator deletes the stored tokens and the stored API data within 7 days. Deletion can also be requested by email.
